Where do you offer onsite IT support?

Onsite IT support is available in Abilene, Texas only. Other services and eligible IT work can be delivered remotely without a geographic restriction.

How do I arrange a visit?

Email a brief description of the issue, the devices or systems involved, and your preferred timing. We’ll discuss the scope and availability before arranging a visit.

Can you help with both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. Support can include business email configuration, account setup, device access, and everyday troubleshooting. The exact work depends on your current setup and the permissions available.

Do you provide emergency or around-the-clock support?

Support is arranged and scoped in advance. Availability, timing, and any continuing support are discussed before the engagement begins.

What if my business is outside Abilene?

Share the problem and your current setup. Eligible troubleshooting and configuration may be handled remotely. Onsite visits are limited to Abilene.
